Workday Certified Integrations Consultant

Over the last 8 years working with a broad range of clients designing, building, testing, implementing and maintining Workday integrations;

• Working as the Workday integrations lead, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to in house developers when designing and maintaining Workday integrations.

• Developed outbound & inbound integrations for the client’s legacy systems and guide the technical teams towards data transformations. 

• Created outbound integrations based on worker data to be sent to the firm’s local system within the firm.

• Review tickets to troubleshoot suspected integration issues related to Workday HCM.

• Update/document/close tickets that are researched. 

• Perform root cause analysis for high severity/repetitive tickets.

• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of support team resources.

• Update configuration for ad-hoc ticket requests to standard configuration/value adds/changes to include assessment of impact on integrations.

• Coordinate with client to develop system requirements and assist to ensure Workday HCM Application updates reflect business needs.

• Responsible for assisting with the communication of up-coming Workday HCM changes and associated impact assessment to client configuration.

• Assist in coordination, planning and execution of the regression testing associated with the Workday releases three times per year, including assisting in the scheduling of key activities, system validation and configuration changes.

• Assist in maintenance of the testing scripts/data used for Workday regression testing.
