Workforce Management Consultant
Most recent HCM/WFM experience includes:
Provide functional and technical solutions to support and enhance HCM / WFM Cloud application.
Document and provide information to business users and other support staff to support WFM project objectives, changes, training and reference materials.
Work to identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis.
Work with internal and external project managers and teams, programming engineers, business partners, external SaaS vendors, QA teams and project leads to determine programming tasks, establish estimates and schedule requirements. Facilitate ticket resolution with various SaaS vendors to identify fix to defects.
Lead the development of the technical solution by translating business requirements into technical requirements.
Contribute to detailed roadmap development of complex software or solution systems platforms working directly with the business and other IT groups.
Work in partnership with Managers on logistic and supply chain HR cases, includes HCM human capital management, WFM workforce management, performance management, staff management and development. Oversee employee relations cases to ensure employee files are accurate.
Evaluate and analyze logistics and supply chain data for integrity and daily maintenance of HRIS systems. Experience using applicant tracking systems for accuracy.
Work directly with the logistics management as the subject matter expert for HR processes, and policies. Strong ServiceNow, SAP Success Factor and Kronos experience with leadership in the HR department.
Coach, mentor and lead others to ensure HR issues are dealt with fairly and consistently.
Partner with internal departments to ensure data accuracy. Support HR Service Delivery Manager, managing / owning work streams in a professional services environment.
Handle clients full Implementation process for HCM Payroll, WFM Time & Attendance while conducting project consulting along with project initiation activities.
Establish and manage activities toward project milestones.
Monitor system testing during conversion ensuring accuracy and evaluating and analyze data.
Experienced Cloud & On-Premise Software applications Implementation Consultant that oversees integration to both ADP and NON-ADP systems.
Posing a strong understanding of working in a shared-services with full understanding of ADP IC Methodology. Develop and provide customized training to meet client needs.
Provide face to face consulting with clients to guide pre and post implementation testing.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with clients.
Deliver agile services using agile methodology.
Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting and research.
Relationship management experience with strong customer focus.
Evaluate and analyze incoming and outgoing data.
Work with the team to identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis.
Provide levels of implementation services through configuration, analysis, validation, integration, move to production, go live support, transition, project planning and professional consultative services.
