  • Served as Tier 2 support using Cherwell incident tracking system. 

  • Responded to incident tickets related to interfaces, configuration, benefits administration and system performance.  

  • Maintained foundation tables and created new values as needed.

  • Uploaded mass data changes using Excel to Component Interface utility.

  • Responsible for overseeing the set up of specialized security access as the Global PeopleSoft Security Administrator. 

  • Included analyzing all security requests and ensured the appropriate approvals had been obtained to then proceed with setting up or modifying security in a timely manner.  

  • Maintained all HR related security updates/special enhancements as an outcome of all monthly change control certified items. 

  • Managed the overall SOX auditing processes as it related to PeopleSoft security which required working with both internal and external auditors to provide the appropriate documentation to ensure the company was in compliance. 

  • Handled all security related reporting requests including doing an annual audit of all business segments to ensure roles and permissions were being maintained accurately.  

  • Supported and actioned all global department related foundation table requests including maintaining all department security trees. 

  • Utilized the Excel to Component Interface utility for processing mass changes to security profiles and department table updates.  

  • Worked all incoming security requests and HR system issues that required troubleshooting analysis using incident tracking system to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements.
