Handled all security related reporting requests including doing an annual audit of all business segments to ensure roles and permissions were being maintained accurately.
Supported and actioned all global department related foundation table requests including maintaining all department security trees.
Utilized the Excel to Component Interface utility for processing mass changes to security profiles and department table updates.
Worked all incoming security requests and HR system issues that required troubleshooting analysis using incident tracking system to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements.
