Experienced in providing level 1 and level 2 helpdesk support for Ceridian DayForce HCM.
Analyzes user issues, requirements, system configuration and operational needs, to determine design solutions and optimal client system setup.
Uses functional knowledge and industry specific experience to anticipate obstacles and proactively create solutions.
Determine optimal data conversion methodology.
Formats, imports and resolves import errors during data conversion process.
Develops and maintains effective, proactive relationships and communications with clients and internal departments/associates to contribute to a successful overall client experience.
Establishes and project manages activities towards project milestones independently or in conjunction with Project Manager.
Mentors, coaching, training and providing technical support to less experienced implementation consultants.
Improve System Efficiency: Monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement, outline solutions.
Production Support: Researching and resolving problems, performing system testing for updates.
Report HRIS Data: Gather HRIS data using built-in reporting tools, ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics.
System Maintenance: Project manage system upgrades and patches, collaborate with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results.
Training: Creates the appropriate user documentation and procedures, training users on the updated functionality.
