Supported a project manager to identify and execute tasks based on defined timelines in order to implement PeopleSoft HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management and Payroll, as the functional payroll consultant.
Performed testing of custom integrations to and from internal and external systems, including analyzing business requirements and creation of test plans ensuring development fulfills the needs of the business. Make recommendations for changes to existing solutions.
Partnered with the Payroll department to perform payroll parallel testing. Compare results of the legacy system to PeopleSoft payroll using PS query and SQL Reports. Document variances and determine required action to resolve.
Worked with the Finance department to test the PeopleSoft GL Interface and compare the results of the legacy system to PeopleSoft.

Provided analysis, research and support to payroll department and technical team to apply and test tax updates and patches / fixes based on Oracle’s release schedule.
Supported bi-weekly payroll, including troubleshooting paysheet issues, payroll calculation errors, tax record corrections, and off-cycle processing. Assisted payroll with loading data to the paysheet transactions (P-shup) table and other mass loads using Excel to CI.

Led the identification of gaps and managed the development/execution of test plans/scripts for all delivered and custom functionality.
Created functional requirements document, including mapping data from PeopleSoft to ADP Enterprise and partnering with developer to create a custom daily payroll interface program to import data to ADP Enterprise.
Defined stories and bugs to track and determine business priorities for each Sprint using agile methodology and JIRA in the roles of Product Owner and Lead Tester.
Supported HR and Payroll with year-end and benefits with annual open enrollment processes.
Created documentation, trained and supported HR Service Center as new processes were deployed.

Managed custom data load program for users to import data into PeopleSoft via Excel spreadsheets, using component interfaces. Responsible for creating Component Interfaces using Application Designer.
Provided support in implementation of Cornerstone Performance Learning Management system from requirements to system testing. Responsible for the system administration, configuration and security of Cornerstone.
