• Assisted with HRIS software selection end to end process involving Initiate, Plan, Identify, Evaluate and Select phases

• Worked on the project of advising and validating current SAP HRIS software in use

• Selection of timekeeping systems for certain locations

• Worked on the project for evaluating software in the market with the exiting Peoplesoft in use
