Senior UltiPro Functional Consultant & Project Lead

Provides Client-side consultation for UltiPro products in various capacities to include primary consulting for Launch and Activations, Client Data Analysis, System reviews, Change Management, Process Development, Launch Strategies and Project Management.

Functional Consultant/Project Manager

• Conducts On-site assessment meetings to ensure optimization of UltiPro suite of products

• Upsells clients on Mosaic and Ultimate Software products and services

• Performs the lifecycle of assigned launch projects to include Company Analysis, Requirements Gathering, System Configuration, Data Mapping, Parallel Testing, Live Processing and Support Transition

• Partners with Ultimate Software resources to identify and mitigate launch risks

• Facilitates communication and setup of third-party vendor export files with technical strategist.

• Mentors new trainees within the Mosaic Launch team

• Meets project tasks and milestone due dates

• Provides consultative approaches to roll out additional UltiPro modules outside of the standard core activation.

Solution Architect

• Facilitates weekly Strategy sessions and provide guidance to team members assigned to Enterprise and Complex projects.

• Fosters communication with Executive Sponsors and Stakeholders regarding Company Vision and Platform Design.

• Manages Integration processes between Ulti Pro and Various 3rd Parties to include gathering file specifications, file layout review and data testing to completion.

• Engineered the ‘Creating Experts’ training program which is a weekly overview of Launch topics to improve the performance of Mosaic consultants.

• Completes Quality Reviews of Mosaic Functional Consultants via SQL to ensure launch accuracy.
