Analysis & Consultation
Conduct project initiation activities.
Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs
Responsible for development of solution design documents.
Provides professional consulting services in the areas of product/service customizations, business
process, complex custom reports and special projects as related to implementation effort
Worked with the testing team in creating test scenarios from user stories
Worked with the DevOps team in identifying out of scope functionality and acceptance criteria
Worked as a liaison between senior stakeholders, IT and the business to support prioritization efforts
for product backlog.
Works and counsels with client on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions.
Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of client's data
Worked with client using data imports to load into ADP systems.
Led the HCM discovery meeting to capture high-level system requirements for modeling /prototyping.
Worked as the HCM database administrator to load data extracts to UAT environment for modeling. Led the modeling session with executive stakeholders.
Served as vendor contact point for support of executing testing scripts for UAT, SRT, and SIT
Modeled implementation solutions and identified testing errors. -
Created new pay group company setup in Autopay mainframe. Accountable for all special calculations and company setup configuration in Autopay mainframe. Responsible for Tax and Banking setup and changes.
Builds client control information and oversees the pre- and post-implementation testing of products.
Oversees formal hand-off of system and operational services to other ADP departments/clients.
Participates in establishing and monitoring of client implementation schedule and report status to Project
Team members. Worked with product managers to create roadmaps for baseline and phased sprints
Prepares individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones.
Ensure issues and risks are documented and work with team members to resolve.
Used SAFe framework to build user stories & epics in Confluence to create functional requirements
for test cases and sprints.
Senior Business Analyst/ Senior Implementation Consultant
Senior Implementation consultant/Business Analyst that mentored newly on-boarded team members.
Gathered requirements from stakeholders and portfolio directors. Projects included new business, migrations, system upgrades, change requests, and mergers & acquisitions.
Created new pay group company setup in Autopay mainframe. Accountable for all special calculations and company setup configuration in Autopay mainframe.
Responsible for Tax and Banking setup and changes.
Worked with business stakeholder and IT to create project scope, and as-is/to-be process mapping using Visio. Captured mapping requirements using ICD/IMD survey.
