  • SAP HR Consultant with experience in developing and maintaining HRIS processes and procedures in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Employee Central, Succession and Development; Performance and Goals; and Learning Management software application is supporting ­­­­­­­development and testing functions. 

  • Excels at creating new enterprise structure according to business requirements, maintaining new personnel structure from an administrative and organizational perspective, and configuring personnel administration and payroll accounts for applicants managing the master and time data. 

  • Advanced experience working in a project environment and supporting clients implementing their business process configuration. 

  • Supported projects in all phases at various locations: concept and design, prototyping, testing, and the implementation and subsequent roll. 

  • Qualified to handle tasks of improving operational metrics, performance measurement, and business case development.

  • Configured Business Rules, Data modeling, and business configuration.

  • SAP/S4 Hana configuration.

  • Support included planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation.

  • Configured Business Rules, Data modeling, and business configuration.

  • Supported implementation and performed the on-going support of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management - covering Performance and Goals and Learning Management, Analytics, Reporting, and Succession.

  • Partnered with stakeholders and vendors to solve system problems to ensure their needs were met.
