Cornerstone OnDemand Integrations Consultant

Cornerstone onDemand experience includes providing project and application support to include business and technical solutions planning, design, and support to ensure the information technology (IT) solutions strategy and architecture align with business strategy for the implementation of the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) product suite.

CSOD highlights:

• Supporting approximately 30 CSOD clients at any one time.

• Provide consulting, implementation and support services around CSOD's technical integration offerings

• Analyze and document the client's functional requirements to technical design and propose solutions to meet client's needs

• Estimate customizations and integrations within CSOD

• Design technical architecture, install and support installations of CSOD

• Support and debug existing customer implementations

• Conduct accurate and thorough testing to meet business requirements

• Assist lead consultants on new implementations and designing solutions

• Configure Single SignOn Authentication for clients (Inbound OKTA, MS Azure, SAML, and Outbound SSO)

• Design and configure inbound and outbound datafeeds from client HRIS systems to CSOD.

• Full portal data migrations

• Data exports

• Conduct beta testing and manage quarterly release User Acceptance Testing for the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS (Compass).
