  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and determine testing scope.

  • Configure all HCM modules in addition to Procurement in Workday.

  • Develop user test scripts to track system defects and note change requirements.


Workday LMS experience:

  • Provided LMS management support through application design and development consultation, data integration and desktop and mobile ready test plans. 

  • Determined stakeholder requirements to design, develop, execute and maintain the Workday LMS.

  • Collaborated with external learning vendors to transition course libraries to a single Workday LMS platform.

  • Uploaded desktop and mobile ready compliance and onboarding courses, videos and certification requirements to the Workday LMS.

  • Build, Test, Design and Deploy Workday integration solutions as well as trouble shoot issues.

  • Create and run dashboard reports to identify data inconsistencies and perform data audits.

  • Configure Workday pillars and LMS set up for course enrollment and compliance campaigns.
