Profile

Over 21 years of functional implementation experience with Infor/Lawson HR/Payroll modules for both profit and non-profit organizations, including hospitals, retail, religious organizations and HCM. Experience includes Implementation, Upgrades, Project Management, Needs Analysis, Business Process Design, and Training. Implemented Lawson's HR, Payroll, Benefits, Personnel, Absence Management, Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service modules as well as BSI.  Worked on ISeries, Windows and UNIX platforms and participated in a cross-platform migration from ISeries to Unix. Participated on database migrations to DB2 and Cloud.


  • Infor HCM/Human Capital Management v11.

  • Infor/Lawson Human Resource Modules: HR, Personnel, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management (LP) all versions, including Infor10.

  • Lawson Employee and Manager Self Service (ESS & MSS).

  • Performed several Implementations, Acquisitions, Property Migrations, Upgrades and Skip Upgrades.

  • Project Management.

  • Business Needs Analysis and Design.

  • System Build/Setup.

  • Business Process Redesign.

  • Conduct training for all Lawson Modules, including Employee and Manager Self Service.

  • Create Training Documentation and Procedures.

  • Business Software, Incorporated (BSI) tax set-up, tax locator, maintenance for multi states, multiple EINs, including PA Local Taxes.

  • Design and assist with custom interface development and testing.

  • Data conversions using Lawson conversion programs and/or Microsoft AddIns.

  • Map and convert data for HR/PR modules from legacy systems to Lawson.

  • Worked with or converted from McCormick & Dodge, Ceridian, ISI, HK Works, Infinium ADP Human Resources and Payroll.

  • Worked with Kronos, Standard Register, Bottom Line Technologies.

  • Worked with client and Lawson to test the beta version of Lawson 9.0 before public release,      including Absence Management (LP).

  • Performed upgrade/migration from ISeries 7.0 to Unix 7.0 then skip upgrade and merge into existing Unix 9.0 production environment.

  • Implemented Kenexa BrassRing and OnBoarding.

  • Completed Workday to Lawson Implementation.

  • Completed Infor version 10 upgrades.
