Creation of test plan for smoke, parallel and UAT test plan.
Testing and triaging errors found during retrofitting 9.2 to Fluid.
Functional Benefits Analyst for Open Enrollment which includes the following:
Set up of new benefit plans and retirement of benefits plan no longer in use.
Review, set up and update of of existing Event/Eligibility Rules as needed.
Update and Health Premiums for new and existing benefit plans.
Creation and update of interfaces for changes due to Open Enrollment.
Analysis of conversion files for change of HCM platform from Workday to PeopleSoft. Functional support for implementation of 3rdparty solution for "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" (PPACA).
Creation/updating integrations for various vendors for 2016 open enrollment cycle.
Analyzing 3rd party design specifications for mapping to flat 834 file via FTP site.
Setting up calls, creating test plans and schedules for updates and implementation of integrations per changes in plan documents for 2016 enrollment year.
Functional SME for data migration from Workday to PeopleSoft 9.2 platform for Core HR and Benefits modules.
Benefits Lead Consultant for implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 from Legacy environment. Performing assessment of current USC business processes to identify impact of upgrade and identifying additional development needs. Configuration of Base Benefits per South Carolina Public Employee Benefit Authority (PEBA).
Creation of Gap Specification and Functional Specification documents for customizations and modifications to be added to PeopleSoft 9.2.
Assisting USC’s team in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices.
Addressing Benefits solutions to meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
