  • Independent Oracle HCM functional consultant who has over 21 years in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud and Human Resources, Benefits, Self-Service, Compensation, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Workflow/Approvals Management (BPM) and Payroll applications. 

  • Successfully converted and implemented various Oracle HCM systems for a wide variety of clients using Oracle’s AIM methodology.

Recent project experience includes;


Client 1) - Benefits Lead

  • Migrated from PeopleSoft Benefits to Oracle Cloud Benefits for the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

  • Implemented a highly complex eligibility structure which includes the use of User Defined Tables, Job extra Information Types, Fast Formulas and BI/OTBIE Reports.

  • Lead SME managers, functional and technical consultants and developer team members, while updating status reports, project plan tasks, issues, defects and issues that have come up throughout the project and testing events.


Client 2) - Absence Management and Time and Labor Lead

  • Changed several legacy accrual plans over from days to hours, running both US and Canadian Accrual Carryovers while accounting for two payroll periods and the different periods.

  • Added logic to fast formulas to use an Assignment DFF to determine if an employee is a 8 or 10 hour employee since they accrual differently while allowing other flexfields to provide additional accrual hours as an exception.

  • Created alerts for Absence Hours taken vs. Accrual Earned at the end of the year, Employee Category / Payroll change life event, HR US Supervisor Weekly Absence Alert and OPEX HR Employee PTO Balances.

  • Updated Alternate Names on timecards with new absence types and accrual plans.

  • Modified Absence Duration fast formulas to use working hours instead of start/stop times along with only accounting for active assignment statuses.


Client 3) - Time and Labor, Benefits, and HCM Lead

  • Reported to the Chief information Officer regarding HR, Benefit and Time issues that occurred post go-live by providing updated issues list (by ticket numbers) and going through the progress of each.

  • Acted as the Product Development Manager for the client in determining what the issue could be, troubleshooting it, determining who could help on the team, managing the effort, and working with Oracle Development and Support.

  • Supported the HR, Benefits, and Time team leads as problems occurred and provided solutions.
