Client 1) PeopleSoft and OTBIE Consultant
Remote consultant reporting to HRIS and HRIT teams supporting various projects including multiple acquisitions, Compensation re-alignment, and OTBIE deployment.
Design and develop new Dashboards within OTBIE utilizing multiple subject areas and dimensions; create sub reports and graphical charts for each Dashboared analysis; participate in weekly meetings with Oracle to resolve issues and document product bugs for future enhancement(s).
Work with team members and provide knowledge transfer and best practices (e.g. create dashboard filters for overall product use vs. individual formulas in lieu of global variables).
Suport PeopleSoft 9.1 Core HR, Payroll NA (US only), Time & Labor, TAM (then moved to Taleo), lead global Payroll integrations and multiple acquisitions/divestitures.
Client 2) PeopleSoft Functional Consultant
On-site and remote consultant for the HRIS team supporting all PeopleSoft applications throughout North America.
Various projects including implementation of process improvement modules such as Retro Benefits, Canadian Payroll, T4 processing, RRSP/RSP, US Savings plans limit processing, and multiple acquisitions/divestitures.
Assist client with year-end processing, re-configuration of Leave Plans.
Re-structure various HR processing issues including Position Management, Career and Succession planning, and performance management.
Recommend best practices for Security re-configuration and processing, interfaces; create report specifications and work on various merger/acquisition projects.
Manage and direct functional PeopleSoft upgrade (double-hop) from 8.9 – 9.2.
Client 3) HCM Leader and Functional Consultant
Remote Functional Lead (sole functional consultant) for three PeopleSoft HCM 8.3 – 8.9, 8.9 – 9.1, 9.1- 9.2 Upgrades.
Concentration around HR, Profile Management, Ben Admin, eBenefits, FMLA, Payroll, Retro-Pay, FMLA (conversion/new functionality from Monitor Absence).
Project was completed on-time and within budget.
Project Leadership and planning for 9.1 Upgrade re-implementation, including review of impacts across the platform and organization to streamline processes and system integration (go live 10/3/2011).
Additional assignments include: Introduce enhanced system functionality and strategy surrounding existing configuration for HR, Benefits and Payroll. Role included project planning, design, configuration and test planning for multiple benefits rollouts including New Hires, Open Enrollment, and online Beneficiary in conjunction with HR/Benefits portal project (outsourced portal). Recommend and prototype Pay Group structure re-engineering to enhance Ben Admin and Payroll processing and reduce COBOL error.
Lead the creation of an automated Compensation Total Rewards Statement and Self Service.
