• Certified project manager and consultant with diverse experience implementing and managing enterprise-wide talent and learning management systems.

• Implemented multiple SuccessFactors modules and learning managements systems from Meridian Knowledge Solutions, Taleo/Learn.com, and SumTotal, GeoLearning. 

• Skilled human resource and IT consultant with proven experience designing and delivering best practice human capital management advice and solutions to support a global workforce.

• Led onshore and offshore teams in delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Implementation services.

• Acting as the escalation point for project issues, monitoring project delivery of the Statement of Work, resolving project issues and mitigating risks, attending client meetings, providing advice, direction and input to help clients improve business processes and achieve business goals.

• Providing coaching, guidance and training to staff, enlisting support of subject matter experts, hosting kick-off meetings for new implementations, managing the implementation against the Scope of Work, leading project close-out discussions to identify lessons learned and implement changes, developing project accounting processes and reports, leading the support teams responsible for providing post go-live support.

• 6 Full Life Cycle Implementations – global medical device (1,000 employees), steel manufacturing plant (800 employees), health care (3,000 employees), professional services (400 employees) and global logistics (1200 employees in 29 countries).

• 11 module implementations – 4 Employee Central, 3 Recruitment Management, 3 Onboarding, 3 Recruitment Marketing, 1 Learning Management System, 3 Performance and Goals Management, 14 integrations (payroll, benefits, etc).

• SAP Project Manager for SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Posting Implementation Project. 

• Served as client-side Project Manager for Successfactors Recruitment and Onboarding Implementation Project.

• Project Managed and supported on-site configuration workshops for full SuccessFactors Suite Implementation, including Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
