Client 1) Oracle HCM Project Lead Consultant
Providing Go-Live Support and Benefits/Payroll module stabilization.
Worked with ERP team and IBM team to prioritize the issues in Benefits, Core HR and Payroll modules
Provided solution to on-going issues with fast formulas to Imputed Earnings payroll calculation, Salary, FSA and certifications. Modified existing fast formulas to resolve the bugs
Supported 50+ bargaining Units related HR transactions such as Job seniority, Grade/Step ladders. Salary changes. Configured Grade Ladders. Resolved any union specific Grade/step ceiling issues
Designed and developed reports for Benefits and Payroll such as Life Event monitoring, FSA Balances, Overtime hours worked, Employment Verification.
Coached IBM resources on configuration gaps and worked with the client to provide alternative solutions to Benefits Plan, rates and enrollment setup.
Developed Functional Design documents for Payroll and Benefit Interfaces
Reconfigured the Open Enrollment setup and ran a successful Open enrollment for 22000 employees. Over 40% self service active participation was recorded.

Lead Consultant for Open Enrollment and 401K Configuration and Support.
Worked on reconfiguration of Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability Plan as the client changed Carriers and implemented new healthcare and 401k policies.
Configured Healthcare plans based on the new policy
Configured rates, enrollment and coverage
Wrote Fast Formulas to calculate coverage for Disability plans, rate calculation, electability based on location and job level.
Configured Open enrollment, personalized self service pages to guide employees on enrollment selection. Configured default rules for passive enrollment.
Designed and Developed reports to track Open enrollment changes and send alerts to employees who did not make elections during open enrollment.
Reconfigured 401K plan. Wrote a fast formula to adjust employer contribution to 401K after employee Cap is met.
Worked with the client to end date legacy 401K plan and enroll employees into the new 401K plan.
