• Providing Go-Live Support and Benefits/Payroll module stabilization.

• Worked with ERP team and IBM team to prioritize the issues in Benefits, Core HR and Payroll modules

• Provided solution to on-going issues with fast formulas to Imputed Earnings payroll calculation, Salary, FSA and certifications. Modified existing fast formulas to resolve the bugs

• Supported 50+ bargaining Units related HR transactions such as Job seniority, Grade/Step ladders. Salary changes. Configured Grade Ladders. Resolved any union specific Grade/step ceiling issues

• Worked on reconfiguration of Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability Plan as the client changed Carriers and implemented new healthcare and 401k policies.
