Client 1) - Oracle HCM Business Analyst
Assist in the execution of HR technology strategies to support business initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
Creation of functional project documentation like Business cases, project requirements, scoping to ensure clarity and accountability to deliverables.
Create and maintain project reporting as needed and provide support for projects and planning activities.
Liaise with work-stream leads in support of and configuration of HCM cloud modules and supporting documentation, as needed.
Analyze cloud portal usage metrics and partner with Work Stream Leads on solutions to increase participation of various modules.
Configure and maintain security in HCM cloud while also configuring and and generating regular audit reports of data with HCM cloud.
Client 2) - HRMS Consultant
Working on Oracle Cloud projects for HRM offerings including Benefits and Time and Labor
Developed multiple interfaces to various countries for Payroll interfaces within 6 months. This involved working with the local HR representatives of various countries and the local ADP partner systems in gathering the requirements, developing, testing and deploying objects all in the FDA approved method
Improved the US ADP interface. As ADP Vantage has many bugs in their system and was not catering to client’s needs, we ended up developing a whole new complex interface as suitable to ADP’s needs.
Implemented Oracle HCM Cloud for multiple divisions across US, Europe and Asia.
Client 3) - Sr. Programmer Analyst
Handling/ developing TALEO interfaces with recruiting, onboarding and termination systems.
Day-day operations in Oracle HR and Self-service modules include reporting, customizations and improving processes.
Maintaining existing Payroll systems integrations with ADP and other 3rd party vendors.
Implemented HR, Benefits and Talent Management on Oracle cloud release 9 with custom security.
Implemented Talent Reviews, Performance Reviews and Succession planning.
Involved in the technical designs of different HCM processes, recommendations & configurations.
Improved the existing TALEO à Oracle à Compensation cycle during annual performance reviews, salary increments and bonuses.
Implemented a robust and an easy to use process for migrating data/ employee information into Penske’s Oracle systems from recently acquired companies.
