• Wrote over 100 ORD reports in Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. Government compliance (AAP, EEO). Led a “how-to” reporting training class over 2 days in Greenwich, CT and Atlanta, Georgia.

• Wrote over 75 ORD reports in Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. Wrote several reports in LMS (Learning Management System). Government compliance (AAP, EEO). Created a “how-to” reporting document and led a training class for 25 HR professionals.

• Created a home page showing dynamic status of various headcount splits.

• Wrote over 20 ORD reports in Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. Government compliance (AAP, EEO). Created multiple dashboards.

• Created an MS Access/VBA application that automates the creation of and emailing of many of IGT’s weekly and monthly reports. This equates to a time savings of over 98%. Wrote over 50 ORD reports in the transition from SAP to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
