Well versed with different SF Data models, Role based Permission, Configuring business rules, Data migration, Integration between EC and ECP, Payroll Control center configuration and custom validation/KPI creation.

Payroll Control Center Implementation
Mapping current BNS Payroll process with Payroll control central (PCC) standard process and identify gaps.
Enabling PCC settings in provisioning and scheduling Dameon jobs.
Customizing custom validation rules for payroll process and additional KPIs.
Configuration of payroll roles for PCC.
Functional testing of the changes through Fiori Portal.
UAT support and User training.
Global HR Transformation Project & Post Implementation AMS Support
Requirement gathering workshops with HR, Payroll Operations and other third-party vendors for payroll and interfacing requirements and documentation.
Configuring changes for new HR system of records in EC replacing legacy systems, new payroll functionalities and integration between EC and On-premises SAP Payroll.
Setting up new interfaces for time recording data from Workforce software to SAP with the interface team and testing
Setting up new Boomi-interfaces from EC to SAP payroll with the interface team and testing.
