Over 20 years of extensive experience in IT in Implementations, Analysis, Design, Maintenance/Enhancements and Conversions/Upgrades in KRONOS 6.0/6.1/6.2/6.3, 7.0(cloud),8.0.10(Cloud), 8.1.15,PeopleSoft 7.5/8.0/8.8 HR/Payroll, Callidus (Compensation product) and Mainframe Applications.

Expertise in KRONOS 6.0/6.1/6.2/6.3/7.05/8.1.11 Timekeeping (WTK), Scheduling/Forecasting, WFSO, Operations Planner (WFOP), WDM, WIM/Connect, Employee Loads/POS loads, Payroll Interfaces, Setup Data Manager (SDM), Accruals, Express Archive, Record Manager and Analytics 6.1/6.2/7.06 Areas.

Proficiency in various Technical & Functional areas of PeopleSoft HRMS such as HR and Payroll. Experience spans across conversion, development, customization and upgrade and exposure in the areas of People Tools, SQR, Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine (AE),Application Messaging (AM), Component Interface (CI) and database of Oracle & DB2.

Experience in IT analysis, design, development, maintenance, enhancement, testing, end-user training, documentation and production support of software applications on PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 and OS/390 COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, SQL, EZTRIEVE, IMS, TERADATA and VSAM.

Involved in projects like upgrades from 6.0 to 7.5, 8.0 to 8.8, Convertinglegacy applications into PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 applications and maintaining corporate human resources, payroll applications with major clients Eckerd and Lowes.

Involved in implementation of E-profile and e-payroll for employee self services.

Involved in implementation of new compensationCALLIDUS product (True Comp) to define the rules and pay employees incentives accurately.

Good exposure to SQL performance tuning, Data Analysis and modeling, Data mapping and conversion.

Strong technical background with excellent problem solving capability.

Excellent Customer interaction skills. Ability of quick absorption of new technology and give good results.

Good team player with an ability to work on multiple projects.
