Recent project assignments:

Client 1) 

• Designed and delivered Taleo TCC integrations to support allocation of Position IDs to reqs in Taleo and automatically update compensation fields based on location. Req update cycles are less than 2-3 min.

• Created a Taleo integration to send automatic emails to managers and recruiters, based on requisition fields.

• Helped build and deploy Taleo integrations to support Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Compliance laws.

• Created many ad-hoc TCC scripts to support business needs, ex: location add/updates, functional roles, job templates, LUDS, candidates, employees, requisitions, offers, job postings, users, transitions.

Client 2)

• Configuration Lead for the rollout of company-wide learning management system; strict audit requirements.

• Assisted and advised the team on the conversion process of thousands of PDFs, Visio diagrams, PowerPoints, etc.

Client 3)

• Worked with talent acquisition leadership to upgrade candidate selection workflows globally.

• Identified solutions to user support tickets and Taleo integration issues.

Client 4)

• Created the Taleo-PeopleSoft integration strategy for US Navy to migrate hosted TBE services to on-premises.

• Led team workshops to document current-state integrations and business required upgrades to Taleo.

• Trained groups of up to 25 people on the use of Taleo Enterprise for recruiting, including best practices and tips on how to get the most use of Taleo.
