Created and managed compensation packages with eligibility rules, Bonus plans and eligibility profiles, merit plans, percent matrix for review ratings, waiting periods and time proration elements, updated grids in Docu-Gen, supported compensation events during merit and bonus processing.
Hands-on experience with benefit configuration changes for plans, Benefit Groups, enrollment event rules, event coordination rules, updated FSA/HSA, benefit annual rates, coverage rules and plan year definition, supported yearly enrollment process and integrations.
Created/updated User-based, role-based, job-based and segment-based security groups as per approved support ticket requests.
Developed and managed various custom reports including simple, advanced, nBox types and also for worklets and RAAS.
Setup Review categories, Types, Templates and related sections, configured Review template types, review template questions, Steps and BP definitions including sections and labels. Tested initiate and manage reviews.
Created and managed configurations in various business processes, custom notifications, conditions, validations and also setup dashboards and campaigns for various events.
Designed, configured and managed integrations using EIB’s, core connectors and used XML, XPATH, Oxygen Editor for XSLT transformations and web services.
Configured Performance and talent related tenant setups along with Goal management, Development Items, Competencies, feedback, Rating scales, Weights, calculations and Performance Calibrations.
Developed EIB Integrations using Workday Templates for custom ID, change business title, job change, position change, compensation history, Job Requisitions, new hires and trained users in mass data loads.
