  • Maintain the end to end Workday HCM system, served as functional and technical expert to ensure data and system integrity. Supported enhancements, Workday upgrades, Provided recommendations and process improvements.

  • Perform system administration functions including business process configuration and processing of various types of EIBs

  • Provided high-quality service to end users.Troubleshoot issues to identify and fix root causes. Create support tickets as needed through case management. Supported HCM SOX compliance reporting

  • Ensure that all security models are created as per needs, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are implemented in the system in correct manner, Participate in the regular review and prioritization of HR systems projects. Provided improvisations as required.

  • Managed 50+ internal and external Integrations, always get in touch with internal/external vendor groups in trouble shooting integration problems. Built new integrations as needed. Provided strong technical support.

  • Created new expense items, Groups. Configured Global expense management system in the system for the counties Japan, Australia and APAC.

  • Maintain all SFTP servers to push files to different vendors. Troubleshooting of interfaces.

  • Very strong reporting background. Expertise in creating 100’s reports for various modules with in the workday system.

  • Worked on Workday to Oracle HCM Cloud conversion project. Managed offshore team of 6 members in translating Workday requirements to other system. Worked closely with Vendors and the team for the successful implementation of the project.
