Workday Trainer / Instructional Designer

Extensive Workday training needs assessment, course and materials development, instructional design, end user training and follow-up support with project team and end users.

Recent project experience includes:

• Extensive consulting experience in instructional design, technical writing, business analysis, testing, test case scenario creation, and end-user support.

• Developed over 83 Workday HR business process training materials for all US HR departments using Word, Walk Me, and In Design.

• Optimized WalkMe Workday deployment with Corporate HR project team. Tested 18 new business processes.

• Documented 12 best practices for worldwide employees and managers for integration between Workday and the Job Description Database (JDX) business processes.

• Planned, developed and coordinated training plan for the Workday rollout to 1,700 employees.

• Initial contact for all new employees to assist with all onboarding processes prior to 1st day of work.

• Coordinated end user training and follow-up support with project team and end users.

• Developed training materials for ILT and online instruction. 

• Delivered ILT training and business process/best practices job aids.

• Maintained intranet Workday website including training documentation sorted by security level, What’s New, and Contact Us pages.

• Developed Workday training deliverables to support all 14 U.S. HR Operations training solution including End-to-End Process PPTs, Facilitator Notes, Participant Guides, and Training Tenant/Training Sandbox configuration. Tested new business processes.
