Kronos Time and Attendance SME Consultant

• Over 25 years of experience implementing Kronos Time and Attendance products. 

• Extensive experience with software installation, technical setup, functional configuration, version and service pack upgrades, user support and client training. 

• Conducted full cycle implementations which have included multiple modules, business needs analysis and project and team resources management. 

• Analyzing and documenting business requirements, designing and implementing Kronos Solutions, training and providing end user support. 

• Proven track record of excellence in development, administration and implementation of products and services and the methodology to ensure success in all programs.

• Extensive experience with Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Integration Manager, Workforce Device Manager, and Absence Management including Accruals, Leave and Attendance, resulting in successful, on-time implementations. 

• Industry experience with Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare (both private and public hospitals), Education, and Financial clients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven success working in multicultural environments and interfacing with all organizational levels including operations, technical, and management. 

• Built strong client relations as a customer advocate with clients of all sizes.

• Recent experience includes implementing country specific interfaces, to automate business practices in a multination corporation and analyzing the impact of changing HR systems on several hundred existing interfaces across all counties. 

Recent project experience includes:

Client 1)

• Audited interface configuration and documented enterprise level and individual county level interface changes, in preparation for an HR system migration, in both Kronos v6.3 and v8.0 with Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance and WIM.

• Designed and configured timekeeper rules to support automation of new business requirements in existing counties, coordinated unit testing and QA testing.

Client 2)

• Implemented Kronos version 7.0 Timekeeper, Leave, Attendance, Advanced Scheduler and Analytics for new acquisitions.

• Lead the Timekeeper, Leave and Integration module implementation for a 10,000 employee Hospital Group with 5 hospitals.

Client 3)

• Implemented Kronos Leave Module for 30,000+ centrally managed employees and updating Leave Module for 6,000+ locally managed employees, includes support for employees in all 50 states. 

• Implemented Leave for salaried employees in V8 and hourly employees in V6.

• Supported upgrading Leave from V6 to V7.
