  • 100% Accuracy setup of over 200 Federal, State and Local Tax Jurisdictions, ADP Total Pay and WGPS.

  • Discovered issues with taxability based on Multi-Jurisdiction and State Reciprocal Agreements.

  • Delivered and Corrected over 1000 complex Payroll Balance Remediation of prior Quarter errors.

  • Creation of Taxable and Non Taxable Earnings, Deductions and Benefits to process W2-C Adjustments and Corrections.


Client 2) 

  • Implementation of Enterprise E-Time (Kronos version 8) to interface with ADP core HCM Systems and external ERP: SAP.

  • Proactively delivered business process and best practice improvements, End User Training of the Enterprise E-Time application.

  • Creation of Design and Blue Print Documents after Analysis of existing systems, Interface and Business Process requirements.

  • Utilized broad knowledge to provide alternative solutions to maximize the customers return on investment.


Client 3)

  • Implementation of Java based applications ADP Connection & Universal Import, integration between ADP core HCM Systems and external ERPs: Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday and other third party HCM Systems – iCIMS & Cornerstone.

  • Completed multiple successful complex HCM Projects with all being a Reference client for new prospects.

  • Developed Business Requirements and Functional Specification Documents.

  • Evaluated and proposed proven solutions to best meet client requirements for optimal Business Processes.

  • Configuration of Application, creating System Conditions and Expressions.
