• Implemented Successfactors Employee Central Time Off and Time Sheet for 10k users in 38 countries.

• Involved understanding and detailing the existing time processes and systems and the consuming processes of the resulting data across 38 countries.

• Defined the future state time processes and associated system functionality.

• Managed team of consultants preparing formal requirements to configure systems.

• Performed configuration of system for design.

• Created multiple Integrations in Integration Center for replication to SAP On Prem Payroll system for four countries.
