8 yrs HCM experience, 5 years in Workday and 3+ years as a Workday Reports Developer.
Reports experience includes:
Configuring Tenant Setup - Reporting and Analytics to enable the functionality.
Implementation of Workday Reporting tool for SOM.
Setting up the Security for the Reporting Data sources, users, & others.
Creating empathy sessions with different teams to gather reports requirements.
Creating Audit reports for different teams in the organization like HR, Payroll, HCM, Compensation & Benefits.
Create Users documents related to reporting tool.
Develop Adhoc reports for different teams.
Manage data analysis by feeding meta data into third party system and running those reports on daily basis to fulfill their needs.
Create Reporting guidelines document to follow the procedure while developing the custom or standard reports for various teams within the organization.
Monitoring the Workday custom report usage by creating dashboards for executive level & Reporting Team.

Design and execute various custom dashboards like HCM Scorecard Dashboard, Candidate Pipeline Diversity, Compensation Analysis, HRBP Analysis Dashboard, Movement Diversity, Report Administers & others.
Working on tuning reports and increased the performance of the report runtime by modifying data sources, filters & prompts.
Hands on experience in Standard Reports, Calculated fields and Custom reports
Created new custom metrics using Matrix reports and publish values for metrics for fiscal periods and configured Executive workforce scorecard and custom scorecards.
Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, designing, tracking, reporting, and analyzing key organizational and operational reports.
Created Scorecard & Metric values for diversity information like FTE’s, Employee Headcount, Overall Minority Headcount, and Minority in Leadership %, Minorities in Tech roles, Women in Leadership % and others.
Created various dashboards like HCM Scorecard Dashboard, Candidate Pipeline Diversity, Compensation Analysis, HRBP Analysis Dashboard, Movement Diversity, Report Administers & others.
