Workday Reporting Specialist

• Work directly with clients and outside implementation teams offering a wide range of services such as: report writing, data integrity, configuration analysis, dashboard creation, analysis and visualization of data for executives and management, and planning when implementing new processes. 

• Workday expertise/experience with HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Dashboards, Scorecards, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning.

• Past clients include Cushman & Wakefield, Pfizer, Bloomberg, LiveNation, Equifax, Voya, Masco, Credit Acceptance, amongst others. These clients represent a diverse set of industries and employee bases that span the globe.

Workday Reporting Projects: 

• Preparing and delivering Global HR metrics on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annually basis. 

• Creating dashboards, conducting analysis and producing reports/insight 

• Producing complex ad-hoc reports as required utilizing Dashboards, Advanced Reporting, Workday Report Writer, Composite Reporting, Matrix Reports, and Scorecard functionality 

• Supplementing existing Workday configurations with additional security, business process upgrades, and system configurations. 

• Cleaning of data to update source systems to improve data accuracy and quality. 

• Carrying out reconciliations of people data between HR and Finance to ensure consistency. Where data quality issues are identified, taking responsibility for facilitating appropriate actions for resolution.

• Providing recommendations for and ultimately delivering new reports as corporate goals change.

• Workday Scorecards to be used on executive dashboards.

• Executive & HR leader dashboards.

• Human capital movement using Workday and social network analysis.

• Effects of feedback and discipline on turnover.

• Workday report writer training.

• Creation of Workday questionnaires and question library for fully integrated Employee Life-cycle measurements.
