  • Over 20 years of professional experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining PeopleSoft N.A. Payroll / HRMS software systems with over 15 years of that experience in implementing, maintaining and upgrading the PeopleSoft HRMS application. 

  • I specialize in PeopleSoft N.A. Payroll and Human Resources (versions 5.12 to 9.2). 

  • Positions include as Director / Manager of Payroll Operations, Implementation Functional Payroll Team Lead Facilitator, Implementation Payroll Tax Functional Lead, Upgrade Functional Payroll Lead, and Implementation Payroll / General Ledger Facilitator. 

  • Implementation experience includes fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, systems testing including preparing detailed test plans, defining test cases, writing test scripts, and tracking test results.

Client 1)

  • Provided process improvements to the payroll department focused primarily on maximizing PeopleSoft N.A. 

  • Payroll system functionality. 

  • Penned expert reporting requirements to include design documentation, query and crystal reports writing for all facets of audit reports and required internal and governmental agency reporting. 

  • Supplied hands-on assistance with processing of files as well as importing and exporting of payroll related demographic data. 

  • Enhanced process and procedures as well as restructure reporting requirements with the introduction of advance query reporting. 

  • Collaborated with client to major system changes and confirm system updates. 

  • Provided production support to the Payroll Team by assisting with all facets of their operations. 

  • Assisted client in reconfiguration and maintenance of PeopleSoft HRMS configuration and control tables. 

  • Worked closely with internal, contractor functional and technical teams to provide support to end-users. 

  • Assisted client with system setup to improve processing performance and accuracy, year-end payroll processing and W-2 production. 

  • Used in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft system tables to produce desired reports to support the department systems. 

  • Developed Payroll audit and KPI reports using PeopleSoft query reports.


Client 2)

  • Assisted client with systems conversion from PeopleSoft 8.8 to ADP (Pro Business). 

  • Responsible for mapping and development of all employee related data elements to new system using delivered component interfacing tools. 

  • Provided production support to the Payroll Team by assisting with all facets of payroll operations. 

  • Assist client in reconfiguration and maintenance of ADP HRMS configuration and control tables. 

  • Worked closely with internal and contractor functional and technical teams to provide support to end-users. 

  • Assist with year-end payroll processing and W-2 production. 

  • Provided process improvements where needed to improve processing efficiencies. 

  • Assist with processing of PeopleSoft Time and Labor transactions and interface files to the Payroll systems. 

  • Developed Payroll audit reports using Peoplesoft query and crystal reporting.


Client 3)

  • Served as the Functional Payroll lead assisting client with PeopleSoft N.A. 

  • Payroll Upgrade from version 9.0 to 9.2.

  • Assist client with system testing of major system changes/updates. 

  • Provide production support to the Payroll Team by assisting with all facets of their operations including PeopleSoft time and labor. 

  • Assist client in reconfiguration and maintenance of PeopleSoft HRMS configuration and control tables. 

  • Worked closely with internal and contractor functional and technical teams to provide support to end-users.
