Recent project experience includes:

Client 1)

  • Kronos upgrade project

  • Upgraded from 6.3 to 8.1, the modules that were upgraded Timekeeping, Advance Scheduling, Human Resources, ESS and MSS.

  • Access to the application, Self Service Roles, Building Parameter Setting Controls, Defining ORG Profiles & Security, Development and Implement Types of Events for Managers and employees, Schedule Events

  • Responsible for system documentation, development, and Configuration of the upgrade document.

  • Tested the system configuration and implementation of the upgrades.

  • Developed User training document and assist with the end user Training.

Client 2)

  • Developed and tested the configuration for HR/Payroll System Configuration including MSS and ESS Kronos V 8.0.

  • Implementation and Rollout of HR / Payroll

  • Document the existing Policies, as well as the System Configuration for the following modules:

  • Workforce Timekeeping, Workforce HR/Payroll, Workforce Accruals

  • Advanced Scheduling (Employees can bid for shifts)

  • Manager and Employee Self Service (this is the module where employees can request time off, request their shifts, complete open enrollment, submit a W-4) (The managers use Manager Self Service to approve the employee’s requests)

  • Event Manager (Part of the system where employees load skills and certifications)

  • The project included design and configuration of the modules, documentation of system and creation of training materials.

  • Modified the Profiles and Security Roles for managers and superusers.

  • Assisted with training the managers, superusers and employees.

Client 3)

  • Reviewed and Documented the current Kronos setup & configuration V6.3

  • Designed and documented new Security Matrix for the HR/Payroll module.

  • Prepared Flowchart and PowerPoint design of Kronos V 6.1 modules: Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Workforce Scheduler -Retail, Workforce Accruals, Workforce Record Manager and Workforce HR/Payroll.

  • Worked with the Kronos Sales Team to design an Upgrade plan and determine the best approach.

  • Designed and documented a process for the implementation of MSS/ESS for the Company i.e. Access to the application, Self Service Roles, Building Parameter Setting Controls, Defining ORG Profiles & Security, Types of Events for Managers and employees, Schedule Events.

  • Designed and documented a Position Management and Benefits Process.

  • Assisted staff with the resolution of current production issues on all Kronos V6.1 module.
