  • Provided guidance and direction on the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Prepared testing and assist with EC Config and integration between EC and ECC.

  • Implementation for 230,000 employees in the US & Canada.

  • Directed the daily activities of the HRIS/IT team. The HRIT team consists of 6 internal and 3 external resources responsible for the maintenance of the SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Compensation, Employee Profile, Recruiting and Employee Central Payroll for 45K employee US/Canada, 20K in the UK and a remaining 25K from around the world.

  • Configured SuccessFactors in the following modules; EC, ECP, Compensation, PM/GM, Continuous Performance Mgmt.

  • Key liaison between HR/Payroll and IT, working with functional HR to determine strategic needs and provide technical solutions.

  • Data Migration lead for the conversion of employees on multiple systems in APR/LAR to EC.

  • (Created Data Load Templates, Create required Foundation Objects, Worked with local HR and Business to populate templates, Loaded data to EC and Audit).

  • HRIT manager on team to develop a cohesive governance model.

  • Implemented Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors globally in 15 countries, with Payroll either processed in ECP internally or outsourced to ADP.

  • Implemented SuccessFactors Compensation in two separate efforts, one for Europe and one for US.

  • Maintained system landscape.

  • Coordinated with SAP to review high priority issues, technical challenges and identify solutions for and SuccessFactors items.

  • Multiple presentations to upper management and peer teams of project, system and maintenance issues and proposed solutions.

  • Provide hands-on configuration when needed.
