  • Responsible for the successful delivery of the SuccessFactors BizX Suite including Compensation and Variable Pay, Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession, Talent Profile, Career Development Planning, Calibration.

  • Configuring SuccessFactors Successfactors modules, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, roll out and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.

  • Configuring SuccessFactors Successfactors modules, as well as help clients in project management, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, roll out and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.


Client 3)

  • Implemented the first SuccessFactors BizX Suite in North America for IBM which included performance Management, 360 Feedback, Goals and Career Development and Compensation/Variable Pay, create complex reports in using ORD and adhoc tools.

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of the SuccessFactors BizX Suite including Compensation and Variable Pay, Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession, Talent Profile, Career Development Planning, Calibration.

  • Mentored/coached several new hires within IBM hire to retire practice.

  • Conduct best practice sessions for clients for Compensation, Variable Pay and Talent Management.
