Senior iCIMS Consultant

Profile
  • Effectively work with clients to implement and optimize the iCIMS Talent Platform with ten (10) different companies 

  • Subject matter expert in implementation and optimization of all modules of the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite 

  • Proven ability to successfully lead large/complex projects across the entire design, development, testing, training and rollout lifecycle

  • Administer and configure all iCIMS workflow and integrations for all iCIMS modules (Connect, Recruit, Onboard) 

  • Document systems requirements, based on business needs and configure system based on requirements 

                 o Day to day systems administration

                 o Suggest, design, implement and provide solutions and efficiencies

                 o Ensure system Compliance

  • Partner with stakeholders on integrations between iCIMS and other related people systems (SAP, ADP, PeopleSoft, Cost Point, and other middleware solutions) including various background check providers and reference checking software

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize integrations

  • Create and administer various training documents (end user PowerPoint decks, quick reference guides, etc.) 

  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation

  • Planning and execution of System Testing and UAT for each individual rollout and major implementation

  • Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other project management areas.

                 o Successfully managing each project phase to delivery date, budget and scope using a project  schedule

                 o Drives risk/issue resolution, and appropriate escalations

                 o Communicating project status, risks and issues to all relevant stakeholders

  • Ability to understand and be the go-to person for the big picture and direction as well as maintaining a good grasp in understanding the detailed requirements and nuances of the solution.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to communicate and interact at executive and junior levels

  • Excellent problem solver with the ability to keep many driving factors and requirements in focus.
