Hands on lead for the successful implementation and roll out of Ceridian Dayforce (Payroll, Onboarding, Performance Management, Recruitment Management)
Responsible for hands of HR aggregation/ conversion of data during merger & acquisition of 3 entities.
Led UAT for payroll and WFM (Hire to Retire workflows) & Integration testing.
Led 2019 Compensation cycle and created a complex spreadsheet for calculation of Merit and Bonus.
Created post go live business processes outside the system for key scenarios including job creation, management assignments, security by partnering with key internal HR & IT functions.
Currently responsible for all maintenance and administration including Role base security, HR Imports (Mass data loads) reporting, analytics, workflows maintenance.
Created employee metrics and BI reports for senior management team.
Provided post implementation for all Ceridian DayForce modules.
Use training and knowledge transfer to in-house HRIS Analysts.
