  • Experienced in Workday SaaS solution for HCM, Advanced Compensation, Onboarding, and Recruiting modules. 

  • Provided post production support closing SLA tickets and loading complex EIB’s into production. 

  • Implemented 3 HCM Analyst Full Life Cycle Global Implementations and support deployment. 

  • Migrated platforms from PeopleSoft ERP to Workday SAAS environment via EIB or ETL tool solutions.

  • Acting as the technical/functional resource for the Workday HR System platform to ensure performance and reliability.

  • Maintain the current daily HR System activities including – functionality, data validation, content/data migration, reporting, new releases and supports HR peers and employed/contracted end users across the organization.

  • Create standard and matrix reports within HR Systems by understanding and triaging business needs internal/external to HR.  Ensures meaningful and actionable report output.  

  • Validate and test report structure to ensure security of information.  

  • Schedule delivery of reports to gain efficiencies.  

  • Document report specification and usage.  

  • Develop object based dashboards to capture organizational performance for management.

  • Maintain the integrity of data through weekly data extracts, auditing procedures and prepares exception reporting.  

  • Ensure prompt resolution within the system or works with the user if error is due to a manual transaction.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize implemented HR Systems by understanding HR business requirements.  

  • Applies system new release knowledge to current system configurations.  

  • Completes visual data flow tools, process mapping and presents recommendations to HR Management.

  • Trains HR Team members (current and new hires) on HR system usage and Microsoft Applications as necessary. 

  • Documents procedures for system users and creates tip sheets.
