Workday OCM & Project Manager
Organization Change Management (OCM) for Workday HCM implementations.
Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Support leadership with guidance on change strategy and collaborate to develop and support engagement activities.
Develop and execute detailed change management, communication, and project plans.
Support communication efforts while identifying risks.
Participate on testing, acquisition, onboarding, teams.
Provide guidance in Workday design sessions.
Develop test cases for test plan, track defects, ensure user materials updated accordingly.
Develop communication materials (e.g. presentations, FAQs, manager talking points) and review and proofread documents and presentations to ensure consistent messaging and formatting.
Support the delivery of communications to stakeholders and manage document inventory.
Serve as liaison to Corporate Communications regarding HR functional area deliverables.
Develop job guides to train users on integration into Workday (not inclusive): ICIMS, Compensation, Annual Merit.
Build video scripts and facilitator guides via PowerPoint for group training sessions; Workday Demo, Workday Navigation, HRBP training.
Design Quick Guides for Managers: Delegation, Act as Delegator, Transfer Employee, Promote Employee, Business Title, Location Change, Reports, Navigating Workday, FAQs, Navigating Report, Terminations, Move Workers, Onboarding
Online/PowerPoint Training: Compensation Planning, Navigating the Workday Compensation Grid, Job Code Requests.
Manage Go Live/Cutover, assess depth of testing, user training and readiness, outline pre, day of, and post Go Live activities.
Partner with the larger project team to gain access to additional resources.
Determine hours to identify timeframe to complete the project.
Develop budget, project plan, risk management and application change request plan via Excel, Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.
Submit and mange Workday Customer Service cases.
Track stakeholder concerns via tools (Excel. Service Now, Workfront).
Weekly status report or as required with a focus on timelines, issues, user readiness, resource utilization, and forecasts.
