  • Testing Experience in Workday HCM which includes Conversion, Security, Benefits, Data Validation, Business Processes, Payroll Testing, Reporting, Data Integrity, & Upgrades.

  • 2 years of Experience in developing Inbound/Outbound Integrations using EIB, Connectors (Generic/Packaged), Document Transformation & Workday Studio.

  • Defined lot of Custom Reports of Advanced, Matrix, Composite types using Workday Report Writer to meet the business needs of HR, Payroll, Finance application report consumer groups.

  • Managed and designed test related activities for the implementation of Workday in a multiple market, shared tenant environment including: creation of test plans and metrics, facilitation of cross market testing efforts, reporting to all stakeholders, coordination between Payroll and HR to develop comprehensive test scripts.

  • Created Test Scenarios based on the user & IT requirements and loaded in HPALM/Zephyr tool.

  • Expertise in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Retesting, System Testing, and Smoke Testing for Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft EPM and Workday HR.

  • Sound knowledge in Testing methodology, and relevant associated quality processes.

  • Proficiency in planning and designing of test plan, test strategy.

  • Handling quality Improvement Initiatives, focusing on innovative and proven processes for continuous improvement in Quality of Delivery.

  • Loaded Test Scenarios & Scripts of Core HR and Talent Management in ZEPHYR tool with proper ID’s assigned in Various Test Phases (End to End / Prototypes/SIT/CAT).

  • Executed Test cases of Core HR, Talent Management & Recruiting modules with the review of daily test results and reporting of test status.

  • Assigned defects to the developers & users in JIRA for bug fixing and tracking.

  • Created Test Scripts & Test cases as part of Regression testing to test Upgrade WD 29 of Benefits and Time Tracking & Absence Management modules and also All Integrations & Reports using ZEPHYER, JIRA Applications.

  • Leading the testing phase of the Workday Integrations. Work extensively Payroll, Benefits.

  • Lead a team of integration functional, technical and vendor resources in testing efforts to ensure overall accountability for system integration and User Acceptance Testing.

  • Define integration testing strategy and communicate strategy to relevant disciplines/stakeholders clearly and appropriately.

  • Analyze and understand solution requirements, architecture, technical designs and processes in order to define necessary scope of testing.
