Client 1)

• Worked as an Oracle Taleo OBIEE Reporting Developer creating Taleo OBIEE reports for forecasting future corporate recruitment and hiring.

• Migrated and converted reports from legacy systems to Taleo OBIEE reports.

• Provided supplemental functional and technical support for Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding, TCC integrations, and Passport Vendor support.

Client 2)

• Worked as an Oracle Taleo Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients and co-workers regarding topics related to Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding/Transitions, Data Integrations, OBIEE Reporting, and Single Sign-On with Taleo.

• Provided functional and technical implementation support to clients in regards to Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding/Transitions, TCC Integrations, OBIEE Reporting, and Single Sign-On with Taleo.

• Worked with clients to build and design hire workflows (CSWs), correspondences, career site branding, and requisition form layouts.

• Designed and implemented standard RSOffer, eOffer, and Advanced eOffer processes and flows for clients.

• Acted as an intermediary between Oracle Support and the client for Support Requests (SRs) related to bugs, outstanding issues, and SEV-1 requests.

• Provided functional and technical implementation support to clients in regards to Taleo Business Edition (TBE).

• Helped create technical design documentation between Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and client systems (PeopleSoft and Oracle EBS R12).

• Developed and designed ad hoc custom programming solutions for client data integrations with Taleo Connect Client (TCC).

• Trained clients and co-workers on Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Onboarding/Transitions.
