Oracle Cloud implementation, Merger, Enhancement and Production support to PeopleSoft system.
Completed Training on Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll.
Impact Analysis, Data mapping and Conversion of Merger and Acquisition.
FD, TD, Development, Unit Scripts and execution of Unit test cases for W2, Year End, Tax updates, reports, inbound and outbound custom Interfaces of PeopleSoft system.
SIT and UAT support, Code migration across different environments, Implement the changes in production and support post go-live.
PeopleSoft Online Pages/PeopleCode/Interfaces/reporting/schedule changes as per new enhancements and change requests.
Identify business requirements and map them between PeopleSoft vs Oracle Cloud systems - POC, build, configuration to meet the requirements and execution of test scenarios for Payroll module.
Identify functionality gaps with current system and future state, and develop solutions to them.
Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, fast formulas interfaces, data conversion programs, and other application extensions. Participate design sessions, and recommend solutions based on current PeopleSoft vs future state.
Execution of PBL for Earnings, Deductions and Tax Adjustments – compare with current BDL load vs Oracle Cloud, and propose process change recommendations on the Gap.
Execute test scenarios for KP related business processes in the cloud system and compare the results against PeopleSoft. (Quick pay for Terminations, Adjustments, Location change, Disaster Relief, Disaster Relief Grant and Disaster Relief Loan, Garnishment, Payment methods, local tax changes, Balance Adjustments, Tax location changes, Reversals, Pay Adjustments, union dues deduction, wage attachments and bonus etc)
Stage Cloud data, Data mapping, analysis, design sessions, execution and testing of custom Inbound and Outbound Interfaces and compare the results with PeopleSoft.
Cross Functional collaboration sessions with AM, Time module, Benefits and HR team to perform end to end testing for both Hourly employee and salaried employees Payroll calculations.
Analyze current Monday and Tuesday payroll flow schedule, work with functional consultants to define custom On-Cycle and Quick Pay Payroll Flow Patterns.
Participate into Payroll, AM, TL operational reports, custom queries requirements gathering session, fit gap session, working with reporting team to design and testing of the custom reports like paycheck, advice, bottom line etc.
Work with SIT testing team to translate build level business requirements into SIT test cases.
