Taleo & Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Specialist

Profile
  • Over 23 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll with the last 15 spent in large scale HRIS, applicant tracking and talent management implementations including the Taleo (Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (OTAC)), Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Success Factors, Workday (Taleo to Workday conversion) ADP Enterprise, Oracle Cloud HCM and Kronos platforms as a technical and functional consultant or project manager. 

  • Implemented (project planning, mapping business requirements, integrations, configuring and testing) or supported Taleo platforms for over 17 clients since 2006 including multiple language and global rollouts.


Project experience includes:


Client 1)

  • Functional and conversion lead for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation converting from Taleo. 

  • Created future state process maps to convert Taleo recruiting processes to ORC for an 8,000 employee multi country implementation. 

  • Preparing and executing the conversion and data archive strategy for the project.

  • Rebranded Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding processes within Taleo to the new Intrado logos and color scheme. 

  • Worked with recruiting leaders to revise the application and onboarding processes as needed. 

  • Revised Taleo Connect Client scripts as needed to troubleshoot longstanding issues in integration processes between core HRIS (Oracle HCM Cloud) and Taleo.

  • Created and modified Taleo OBI Dashboards and Analytics. 

  • Worked with stakeholders to design a contingent worker process in Taleo for use globally and made all configuration changes in Taleo.


Client 2)

  • Upgraded Taleo Connect Client (TCC) scripts for new version of TCC. 

  • Migrated integrations to new servers and assisted with testing HRIS Lawson\Infor upgrade. 

  • Primary troubleshooter for all TCC integration issues between Taleo and HRIS, HRO and Security systems.


Client 3)

  • Recruiting and Onboarding lead for full Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. 

  • Architect for the Taleo (Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud) portion of the HCM suite. 

  • Collected requirements and configured recruiting, onboarding and social sourcing modules. Set up out of the box Oracle HCM integrations. 

  • Specified conversion strategy and wrote Taleo Connect Client (TCC) scripting to bring recruiting data from Ultipro recruiting to Taleo. 

  • Configured passport integrations for Sterling Background Screening and Infor Assessments. 

  • Facilitated SIT\UAT testing, defect logging and resolution.


Client 4)

  • Project manager for merger\integration of all Recruiting and Onboarding processes for client acquisition. 

  • Scope included Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding applications and Talemetry CRM. 

  • Managed 6 functional and technical resources and built and updated the project plan. 

  • Managed conversion of client data to Taleo system as well as conversions. 

  • Prioritized work for resources and briefed overall integration project management.
