  • Excellent techno-functional knowledge of various PeopleSoft modules- Core HR, Payroll for NA, Absence management, Time and Labor, Workforce Administration and Base Benefits.

  • Proficient in all PeopleTools - Application Designer, Application Engine, Peoplecode, Component Interface, Integration broker, Application Packages, Security Administration, ExcelToCI.

  • Expert knowledge of full implementation of PeopleSoft HCM from the ground up.

  • Solid PeopleSoft development and technical documentation experience in customizing and creating bolt-on functionality using people tools

  • Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft integration with other third party systems such as Kronos, Taleo, Fidelity, UMR Benefits. Plateau LMS and Concur Travel and Expense application.

  • Good knowledge of PeopleSoft reporting tools: BI Publisher, SQR and Crystal Reports.

  • Expert knowledge of relational database design and SQL Tuning in a high volume/transaction environment. (Oracle and SQL Server)

  • Solid experience in performance tuning of online pages and batch programs

  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, PeopleCode, Java, XML, JSON, Linux Shell scripting.

  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to do root cause analysis and eliminate repeated occurrence of issues and motivate others to achieve individual and organizational goals.

  • Worked extensively on Waterfall as well as Agile SDLC projects.

  • Expertise in fit-gap analysis, As-Is studies, Data Modeling and Project Implementations

  • Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
