UltiPro Functional & Implementation Consultant

Provide guidance to clients, as a Functional Consultant, to achieve successful launches of the UltiPro system;

• Provides subject matter expert knowledge of UltiPro to clients and team members

• Analyzes unique business processes and advise on most efficient UltiPro configuration

• Deploy system analysis techniques and procedures to determine software and system functional specifications

• Configure the defined business requirements in UltiPro and review configuration with client

• Plan, gather and document data requirements, analyzes, configure, test and modifies UltiPro based on design specifications.

• Assists in testing to ensure proper configuration

• Always seeking growth opportunities for our clients based on analyzing their needs and advising on business process best practice

• Assist with Year End needs

• Configured Business Processes and implemented workflows.

• Engage with client to move them from Back Office UltiPro payroll to Web Payroll.

• Reviews security set up for clients to ensure access to appropriate areas are in line with what the client wants/needs

• Post Live activation work with Ultimate Software Group clients.

• Process payrolls for clients under our Managed Services contracts

• Payroll Support for clients who engaged with Mosaic upon the loss of their payroll manager. Processed US and Ex-Patriot payrolls.

• Processed multi-state payrolls for clients with population ranging from 1400 - 4000.

• Work with clients on the set up of their General Ledger.

• Configured paid time off plans based on policy.
