Responsibilities
Our client migrated from ADP to Ceridian DayForce late last year. The previous ADP system was poorly maintained and many of the issues they had have transferred over to the Ceridian system. Now they are live with Ceridian and want to fix those issues.
Using Ceridian Payroll in US and Canada, implementing it in UK as of April 1st. 15 employees in India are on a different system. In order of priority, they need a consultant to;
Improve / create ability to view time and attendance for global teams working in a matrix organization. Time & Attendance reporting needed.
Intention is to move the company to unlimited vacation policy but the client has concerns the offshore team supporting them does not fully understand their requirements, how it should be configured and what effects this will have in the system (pre-post taxes, accruals, etc..). How should this be set up correctly?
Tweak some workflows.
Requirements
Extensive Ceridian DayForce experience.
Strong anayltical and customer facing skills to determine needs.
Experience of designing custm solutions.
