Responsibilities
  • Our client, a global organization with 50,000+ employees is about to embark on a large scale, complex 5 year HRIS implementation.

  • They are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the project to success.

  • Working with global HR teams across NA, APAC and EMEA, the Project Manager will coordinate the migration of multiple technologies to one core HCM system. 

  • 100% remote.

Requirements
  • Prior experience interacting at a global level with the C-suite to help drive alignment and transformation in the HR space.

  • Demonstrate experience managing large (25K+ employee) global complex HCM implementation teams. Broad HCM technology experience.

  • Experience bringing global teams together that can help drive global change.

  • Transformation experience - demonstrate they have lead multiple teams through large HR transformation efforts.

  • The individual will play a ‘hands on role’ on HR transformation through the HCM program.

  • Need to have significant global HCM system implementation experience with major HCM vendors – Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor, ADP, Ceridian or Kronos (UKG), etc.

  • The PM needs to be able to understand the HR function and how it relates to the HCM.
    PMO, Project Management Certifications highly desirable.
