The client went live with SuccessFactors Eemployee Central 2+ years ago and still have configuration issues to resolve.
Currently a small HRIS team that needs an additional Consultant to focus on requirements gathering, translating requests into workable solutions and implementing system enhancements.
Technically hands on role as well as client facing consultative responsibilities.
Mainly working with international HR departments in the larger territories; resolving vacation time / accruals, ATS / RMK, Performance & Goals issues - the local HR staff not using the system correctly or to its full capacity, still need to automate processes.
Initially a 3 month contract with option of further extensions.
SAP SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting, RMK, Goals & Performance.
Consultative approach advising clients, determining requirements and designing / implementing solutions.
