Over the last 10 years our HR Analytics practice has boomed as a result of HR departments requesting ever more complex and detailed reporting needs. From both a compliance and business perspective, HR departments find themselves under increasing pressure to deliver employee reports to various stakeholder groups in a timely manner. 

We can provide BI / Reports Developers with specialist reporting experience of the most common HRIS software. Consultants are available for long or short term assignments, or remote part time reporting projects.  We can also set up agreements with clients who require a Consultant to be on call for ad hoc reports as and when the need arises.

With HR departments migrating from one HRIS to another, there is also a growing need for reports to be re-developed, modified, improved or completed re-designed to take advantage of new functionality, dashboard design or data capture within new systems.
