CATS Applicant Tracking System
CATS Applicant Tracking System was first introduced as an open source application. In 2007, the solution was released as a cloud-hosted version.
CATS helps the recruiting firms to manage their entire operations involved in a recruitment life cycle. CATS search engine combs through resumes and highlights keywords. Comprehensive reports can be exported directly to Excel, giving users visibility over the pipeline for a position. CATS is also customizable and can be integrated into any company's website.
CATS pushes job postings automatically to well-known job boards, such as Indeed and Glassdoor. Imported resumes can be emailed into CATS with the Resume Inbox feature. Once resumes are submitted, CATS automatically parses through them and enters them in the company database.
Since each recruiter's hiring method varies, CATS offers different add-ons for Outlook, Word and social media. Custom questionnaires are available to screen applicants early on and CATS provides templates for the email blast.
